Heather & Bernie - Love Session

While traveling out in California, I had the wonderful opportunity to attend an awesome photo conference, United. It was four intensive days of inspiration, sharing, and community bonding. I had the pleasure of attending Julie Wilmes session on emotional posing. She stressed how important it was that you had to engage your couples, they had to "feel" their love.

When you feel it, it is clearly seen photographs. Here are images of the lovely Heather and Bernie, although not engaged they have been dating for quite sometime. Bernie even joked "they should" make it official, since everyone assumes they are! The beauty of photography and portrait sessions, it that you don't have to engaged to have a love session. I enjoyed learning, practicing, and getting to know this lovely couple through this session.
